* Urea: *
Urea is sold in two ways:
1- FOB by petrochemical method:
* The buyer pays 10 to 20% to the petrochemical account and the supplement account.
* PI is issued by Petrochemical.
* The buyer announces his Q88 according to the schedule.
* The seller gives the layken to the buyer.
* Before loading the quality of the goods will be done by the inspection company.
* Before loading, the amount of 10 to 20% will be deposited in the petrochemical and supplement account.
* After loading and confirming the quantity and preparing the necessary and complete documents and papers, along with the bill of lading by the seller, the customer will deposit the remaining amount to the petrochemical and supplement account.

🔹5. The buyer’s bank provides pre-consultation to the seller’s bank via MT799.
🔹6. The buyer and seller sign and seal the contract,
🔹7. The buyer issues the Sight LC or SBLC to the seller bank according to the form requested by the seller.
🔹8. The seller issues a business invoice and PPOP to the buyer,
🔹9. The ship starts moving according to the schedule.
